2. Agency Services & Deliverables
Different. provides bespoke web architecture, search engine optimization, paid advertising campaign management, and digital workflow automation. Specific project scope, timelines, and deliverables are governed by individual master service agreements (MSAs) or statements of work (SOWs) executed with each client.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary code, custom visual assets, strategic documentation, and infrastructure frameworks developed by Different. remain our intellectual property until full settlement of project fees, upon which client ownership transfers according to the applicable service agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer high-performing client acquisition systems, business growth depends on dynamic market factors and operational client execution. Different. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
